I came in with intense lower back spasms that had lasted four days, and walked out with real relief. My first time ever getting a proffesional massage. It went very well. Chris was very educated and informative before we got started. He listens to what your body is going through and adjusts the atmosphere to your liking. I felt great going through the process and even better after.
