Not your casual feel good massage. Chris evaluates and educates on what and how he is treating your symptoms. Honestly, I was prepared for the scents and oils rub down. Which he can do. But I got way more than I expected and have felt good all weekend. Better range of motion which provided me the encouragement to walk some. Looking forward to more sessions and the ability to be more active.
